Richard Saad helps brands grow by turning strategy into meaningful action. With over 25 years of experience across Canadian, American, and international markets, he has led award-winning initiatives for iconic organizations such as Pepsi, Audi, IKEA, Bombardier, Pfizer, and the Government of Quebec.

An entrepreneur at heart, Richard founded Remarkable Communications in 2008, building a Montreal-based agency recognized for its creativity and digital excellence before its acquisition by LMG Group. Since then, he has partnered with leaders and teams to design smart, measurable strategies that connect brands with people in authentic ways.

Driven by curiosity and innovation, Richard stays ahead of emerging trends to help organizations adapt, evolve, and remain relevant in a fast-changing world. He believes the strongest results come from the intersection of insight, creativity, and execution.

Beyond consulting, Richard shares his passion for marketing and leadership by teaching MBA-level courses at HEC and serving as a Global Program Leader in Washington. A firm believer in human-centered leadership, he inspires teams to align their strengths, solve complex problems, and move forward with clarity and purpose.

Richard holds an Executive MBA from McGill–HEC, a Master’s degree in Communications and Marketing from Laval University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Art and Advertising from the University of Montreal.
